Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this new image disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a notes section labelling different areas of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
